"I cannot express enough how AMAZING Val is! She is so thorough, a fast communicator, efficient, and overall friendly and so pleasant to speak with. She constantly goes above and beyond - in every aspect. "My car wouldn't start last Thursday. So I called here around 4pm but they didn't answer, I went to the store the next day at 9am to explain the situation and the person there said they understood and told me to wait at home. So I waited until Thursday, but no one call me, I called the store here and they just told me to wait. I ended up talking call taxi on Friday $95 round trip. I signed up for AAA and got my battery replaced late that midnight evening get my car serviced. In conclusion I paid $1200 for insurance from the agent here and didn't receive any benefits and I will never sign up for insurance at State Farm again or visit this store never never again"
