I reached out at least a dozen times via text, call, or email to fix the issue but it was never resolved. It was always a new person that had no idea what was going on giving me the same excuse. Having nearby offices for a higher premium “Like a good neighbor” is completely irrelevant if everything is done via corporate and “out of their hands”"
